Overview
AudioSynker is an internet radio app published by Brilliant Mantis. It plays radio streams with an adjustable delay so the audio can be lined up with another broadcast. The app does not require an account and does not include analytics or advertising, and Brilliant Mantis does not track you. Brilliant Mantis does not collect, sell, or share your personal information.
Information Stored on Your Device
Your saved stations, recently played stations, settings, delay values, the times of your recent college football searches (used to apply the free plan's hourly search limit), and whether you own AudioSynker Premium are stored only on your device. Brilliant Mantis never receives them. Uninstalling the app, or using Reset local data in the app's Settings, deletes them.
Connections the App Makes for You
To work, AudioSynker connects directly to other services. As with any internet connection, each service can see your IP address and basic request information, and handles it under its own privacy policy.
- Radio stations you play. The app connects to the broadcaster's streaming server to receive the audio. Most stations use encrypted (HTTPS) connections; if you allow HTTP streams in Settings, those stations' audio is sent unencrypted.
- Station search. Searches are sent to Radio Browser, a public community directory of radio stations.
- College football station list. The list is downloaded from brilliantmantis.com. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and operations. We do not use them to identify you.
- In-app browser. Websites you choose to open, including Google Search if you search from the browser, receive your requests under their own policies.
Purchases
AudioSynker Premium is purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, which process the payment. The app learns only whether you own the purchase. Brilliant Mantis never receives your payment details or store account identity.
Diagnostics
Diagnostic information leaves your device only if you tap Share diagnostics, and it goes only to the destination you choose. Before sharing, the app removes stream passwords, access tokens, and similar credentials from it.
Permissions
AudioSynker uses internet access to play streams and a notification so playback can continue in the background. It does not access your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or files.
Children
AudioSynker is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
